I go in the evening classes. Coaching staff from both unbound and mbslab treat you like family and are always pushing you to do your best. I have been at commercial gyms and it feels fatphobic but here there are all different body types and no one is judging you.
I grew up playing team sports so I really enjoy group workouts rather than solo workouts.
I usually do double days Monday-Wednesday my goal is to add a double day for Thursday. I do class at 6 and at 7.
I also love that it’s women of color who teach and who are the business owners.”
