How Do I Join and Get Started?

Most members notice changes in the first 30 days. Consistency is key, so we recommend starting with three classes per week to build momentum and progress.
Do You Offer Nutrition or Recovery Guidance?

During a one-on-one consultation, we review your history, what you’ve tried before, and what’s realistic for your lifestyle. While we don’t prescribe meal plans or provide medical nutrition therapy, we do offer guidance on calories or macros, protein intake, hydration, recovery habits, and strategies to stay consistent.
Depending on your program, you may also have access to our coaching app for food tracking, accountability, and ongoing support, with regular check-ins in person or via Zoom.
For recovery, we offer therapeutic services and amenities designed to support performance and overall well-being. Our studio includes on-site massage therapists for therapeutic sessions, as well as access to our Zen Den recovery space featuring compression boots, red light therapy, sauna wraps, and additional recovery tools.
Do I Need to Be Fit Before Joining?
Not at all. We meet you where you are. Our workouts are universally scalable, meaning there’s a version for every level—from beginner to advanced.

How Often Should I Work Out Per Week?
If you're new, aim for 2–4 sessions weekly to build consistency without burnout. Over time, increase to 5 days per week to get the most from your training.
What Happens During a Class?
Each 60-minute session includes a warm-up, coach-led instruction, a full workout, and a cooldown. Expect strength days, cardio conditioning, functional movement, and a variety of formats to keep things fresh and fun.
